Worldwide, millions of people mark International Women’s Day on March 8. The day provides an important opportunity to reinforce commitment and action forging women’s equality, while also celebrating women’s achievements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Help us celebrate International Women’s Day and recognize the women on the MHI Roundtable and Board who #BreakTheBias. “Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead,” is one of the explanations shared at www.internationalwomensday.com<\/mark><\/a> about the Break the Bias theme for 2022. “Knowing that bias exists isn\u2019t enough, action is needed to level the playing field.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
