“Christy’s new role allows her to leverage both her extensive customer experience and digital skillsets to grow MHI’s member satisfaction, drive deeper engagement and widen our reach to the overall manufacturing and supply chain community,” said MHI CEO John Paxton. “Her expertise is a tremendous asset to MHI, and I’m excited to see how she will take MHI to the next level of in-person and digital engagement.”
“I’m honored to take on this expanded role at MHI to create more memorable member experiences both in-person and through our digital landscape,” added Dula. “I look forward to working with the IT and membership teams to build on our work to deliver superior experiences and continuously enhance member value.”
