General Information
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
If you pre‑registered for ProMat 2025, you should have received your registration confirmation email when you registered. Bring it to a registration kiosk when you arrive at McCormick Place. There are pre‑registered badge pick up counters located in registration in the South Building room S102; in the Lakeside Building in the lobby of level 2; and in the North Hall lobby on level 3.
If you did not pre‑register, proceed to one of the main registration counters in South Building, Level 1, Room S102 or Lakeside Building, Level 2 lobby. There is also a smaller registration area in the North Hall lobby on level 3. Attendee registration hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Wednesday, and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Thursday. Lost badges may be replaced at Main registration.
FOOD SERVICES
The ProMat Bistro is conveniently located on the show floor at the back of the Lakeside Hall. The Bistro serves a buffet lunch for $39 for pre‑purchased tickets and $42 for onsite meal sales from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday ‑ Wednesday and 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Thursday. Food court areas are located within McCormick Place South. In addition, cafes and restaurants are located throughout McCormick Place. Be sure to check out the ProMat Pier in Lakeside for Chicago neighborhood themed foods!
PRESS ROOM ‑ ROOM N427D ON LEVEL 4 OF NORTH BUILDING
The Press Room is open during show hours. Members of the working press are encouraged to visit the Press Room to obtain exhibitor materials and notices of press conferences and photo opportunities. Members of the press receive complimentary admission to the show and conference and must show their credentials at the Press Room. If you are a member of the press and have not pre‑registered, go to the Press Room to receive an admission badge.
EXHIBITOR SOLUTION LOCATOR KIOSKS
ProMat Exhibitor Solution Locator kiosks are near the show floor entrances. These tools provide a road map of the show floor to help attendees find particular products and exhibitors.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Per our code of conduct at promatshow.com/codeofconduct, photographing, video or audio recording of exhibits, product demonstrations, sessions, slides, oral or poster presentations without the exhibitor/presenter/author’s permission is not permitted.
CHILDREN
For insurance reasons, no children under the age of 16 will be admitted on the show floor.

The ProMat office is located in the MHI Booth (N6500) in the North Hall Lobby on Level 3 of McCormick Place.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE
Complimentary shuttle buses will run between the McCormick Place and designated show hotels from March 17‑20, 2025. Buses will run on designated routes every 15‑20 minutes in the mornings and every 20‑30 minutes in the afternoons.

Bus schedules will be posted at McCormick Place and in each hotel. Routes 1‑4 will pick up and drop off on Level 1 of McCormick Place’s South Building. Routes 5‑7 will pick up and drop off on Level 2 of the McCormick Place’s Lakeside Building. Shuttle route information is also available in the ProMat App.

THE HUB
Located in the middle of the ProMat 2025 South hall show floor, The Hub is an interactive networking area for ProMat visitors. The Hub will feature comfortable seating, charging stations and a 360 photo booth.
THE PROMAT PIER
Located in the ProMat 2025 Lakeside Hall on the show floor, the ProMat Pier is a great place to unwind and have fun! Join your peers for Chicago neighborhood themed foods and happy hour March 17 and 18 between 4‑6pm. Monday will be a St Patrick’s Day celebration.
