The Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC) is proud to introduce the release of the Labor Management & Leadership course, the sixth and final installment in its Distribution Logistics Education Program. This course is designed to help logistics professionals build and maintain a strong, adaptable workforce to meet the demands of modern distribution and fulfillment operations.

Offered in an online format, the Labor Management & Leadership course empowers learners to master workforce strategies at their own pace. Key topics of the course include:
